- Added the Flow Restrictor, with Create controls for limiting flow from 0–10 B/s
- Added restrictor readouts for Engineer’s Goggles and optional ComputerCraft control
- Fixed gauge needle alignment so it follows Create’s green, blue and purple dial correctly
- Fixed stale pipe connections after loading that could prevent tanks from filling until a pipe was replaced
- Added Fluidworks (future to be released ;) ) compatibility to avoid duplicate meters and restrictors
- Preserved existing meter blocks, settings and saved totals
