0.2.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Changes since 0.1.1.
Automatic returns
- Every cache can store a default return address in the address bar at the bottom of the panel (click to type, Enter to save, Esc to cancel).
- When a cell holds more than the maximum you set, the surplus is packed and sent to that address by a paper plane or a robo-bee. Paper planes are tried first, then robo-bees. If neither is available, nothing is packed, taken or consumed.
- The cache and the carrier are debited only after the carrier really accepts the shipment, in the same transaction. A failed dispatch leaves everything as it was, ready for the next attempt.
- A return arrow on that cell shows the real result: red only when a carrier accepted the surplus while the cell is still over its maximum, grey otherwise, and it disappears once the cell is back at its maximum.
Taking items is now a preview
- Taking from a cell shows the items on your cursor as a preview first: the cache count does not change and no restock is triggered.
- The cache is debited only once the items are really placed into your inventory, a crafting slot or the world.
- Putting them back is net zero. Closing the screen or taking the pendant off cancels an unplaced preview and leaves those items in the cache; anything already placed is not rolled back.
- Automatic material drawing (recipe book, JEI, bow and crossbow ammo) and returns share the same availability accounting, so the same items are never promised twice.
Capacity is counted in stacks
- Cells at levels 1–5 hold 2 / 4 / 8 / 16 / 32 stacks, converted with each item's own stack size (a 64-stack item holds 128 at level 1; a 16-stack item holds 32).
- The slider works in stacks: the lower handle sets the restock minimum, the upper handle sets the maximum used for returns. Dragging fully to the right means "never return".
Receiving and residuals
- Dedicated parcels still enter the cache while your inventory and hotbar are completely full — no need to clear a slot first.
- Items that do not fit are kept as per-cell residual packages (green dot in the lower-left corner) and absorbed automatically when space frees up. Residual space stays bounded and never becomes unlimited storage.
Panel and interaction
- The panel is now a compact layout that widens with the tier; the address banner can be clicked to copy; the slider overlays the cells instead of pushing them aside.
- Fixed: creative-mode storing and taking no longer duplicates items; the held-item icon is no longer offset from the cursor; panel, slider and tooltip layering corrected; slider endpoints no longer overshoot the track by one pixel and dragging follows the cursor; pressing an endpoint without moving no longer rewrites the value.
Notes
- Cache schema is 8 and the panel network protocol is 4. Use the same 0.2.0 build on client and server — do not mix an older client with a newer server.
- Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, Create and Curios. JEI, Package Couriers and Create: Mobile Packages are optional.
- Not yet included: plugin slots, ammo-mod integration and third-party backpack access.
