Create Encased (Fly Port)

First public beta. Port of Create Encased 1.9.0-ht3 to Create Fly (Fabric, 26.2).

• All casing sets, shaft and cogwheel materials and fluid sets of the original, 743 blocks in all
• Configurable gearbox, automatic clutch and creative cogwheel
• Casing and material swapping, belt casings, ponder scenes, JEI support
• Block and item IDs unchanged, existing recipes and datapacks keep working
• Works together with Copycats+ (fixes a startup crash from the first internal build)
• No KubeJS or Slice and Dice integration yet, those mods aren't on Fabric 26.2

Needs Fabric API 0.160.0+26.2 and Create Fly 26.2-rc-2-6.0.9-1 or newer.
