Create Encased (Fly Port) 1.9.0-ht3-fly.1.21.11

The Fabric port of Create Encased, now on Minecraft 1.21.11.

Same content as the 26.2 release: all 743 blocks with Create's machines, shafts, cogwheels and fluid blocks in every casing, plus the configurable gearbox, automatic clutch and creative cogwheel. Every variant works like the Create block it is made from (stress, contraptions, pipes, JEI categories, ponder scenes).

Changes

• Ported to Minecraft 1.21.11 and Create Fly 1.21.11-6.0.9-5
• Connected textures, chain conveyor wheels and encased large cogwheels use the same models as Create Fly 1.21.11
• Fixed the mod's own ponder scenes, which logged errors on Create Fly 1.21.11

Not included

KubeJS and Slice and Dice / Farmer's Delight integrations (no Fabric 1.21.11 release of those mods).
