### Changes

- Halved the brightness of glowing blocks in the Vortex Engine (torches, lanterns, Sea Lanterns, Magma Blocks and the rest), in every light style; the new Light Brightness setting (Vortex Engine video settings, `brightness`, 10 to 200%) tunes it. Also added Light Reach, Light Saturation, Animated Lights, Bloom Strength, Glow in Water and Sunlight Under Water to the same settings

### Bug Fixes

- Fixed the vanilla light style of the Vortex Engine flashing in steps around torches, fire and glowing plants: lights now stay steady in that style

- The photosensitive mode texts no longer mention the old Veil lights
