Create: Buckets is an add-on for Create that allows you to sneak+right click with a minecraft bucket onto a Create Belt to attach it.
Buckets can scoop up items from flat belts, they also expel items at the top of a vertical belt when it goes over the top of the belt.
If you send a redstone signal near a bucket it will open up a hatch in the bottom and drop the contained item.
Attach buckets to belts with shift+right click
Buckets will pick up items at the end of a stopped belt
At the top of a vertical belt, contents from a bucket will be ejected
Redstone power will open the bottom hatch of a bucket and release the contents
