Create Aeronautics: Mekanism Compatibility Continued
Makes Mekanism machines, pipes, cables, teleporters, chunk loaders, generators and reactors work when they are built on Create Aeronautics ships (or anything Sable).
Normally Mekanism machines on a ship behave like they are still sitting in Sables hidden storage area instead of on the ship. This mod makes them use the ships real position in the world.
This is a continuation of Create Aeronautics: Mekanism Compatibility by 2b2m, which stopped receiving updates. It replaces the original mod and your existing worlds and ships keep working, but the two can't be installed together. Remove the original jar when you install this one.
Lot of important things like teleporting, chunkloading, pipe visuals, sounds, and more things were broken in the original mod, this continuation aims to fix all those issues
What works on ships
Teleporting
- Teleporters and Portable Teleporters work with teleporters on ships, including the energy cost and picking the closest teleporter on a frequency
- Meka-Tool Teleportation Unit lands on the ship when you aim at a ship block
- Teleporting onto a ship no longer stops you from picking up items or keeping chests open
Chunk loading
- Ships with an active Dimensional Stabilizer or a machine with an Anchor Upgrade stay loaded, also after a server restart
- Dimensional Stabilizer loads the chunks where the ship is now, not where it was built
- Quantum Entangloporters and other machines with an Anchor Upgrade load the world chunks under the ship
Pipes and cables
- Mechanical Pipes, Universal Cables, Pressurized Tubes, Thermodynamic Conductors and Logistical Transporters show their contents and connect only where they really are connected
- Configurator and side selection work on pipes and cables on a ship
- Fluid Tanks and Energy Cubes show what is stored in them
Machines and generators
- Digital Miner scans and mines the world under the ship, so you can build flying mining rigs
- Electric Pumps and Fluidic Plenishers work on the world under the ship
- Seismic Vibrator works on the chunk under the ship for Seismic Readers
- Wind Generator uses the ships real height
- Solar Generators, Advanced Solar Generators and Solar Neutron Activators need open sky on the ship and above it, stop working when the ship is upside down, and use the weather and biome where the ship is
- Lasers hit the right blocks across the ship's edge
- Robits find a Chargepad on a ship and teleport home to it
- Machine sounds work on ships
Reactors, heat and radiation
- Boilers, reactors, evaporation plants and other heat handlers use the temperature of the biome under the ship
- Radiation released on a ship is placed where the ship really is
- Fission reactor meltdowns on a ship damage the world around the ship and knock entities away from the reactor
Config
Every fix is enabled by default and each one can be switched off. Digital Miner scan budget, queue size and chunk loading limit can be changed too.
It's a server config, usually: saves -> <your world> -> serverconfig -> camc-server.toml
Requirements
- Mekanism
- Sable 2.0.5 or newer
- Create Aeronautics (or another mod that builds Sable ships)

FAQ
I have an issue / bug / crash / report / request, where can I contact you about it ?
Use my Discord server, you can join it here -> https://discord.gg/y366spsSjv
I use the original mod, how do I switch ?
Make a backup of your world, remove the original jar and put this one in, on the server and on every client. If both are installed, the game tells you to remove the original. Your ships and machines keep working. If you have a ship with a Dimensional Stabilizer or an Anchor Upgrade, visit it once after updating so it stays loaded from then on. Settings from the originals mod config are not carried over, so if you changed any, set them again in camc-server.toml.
Can I put this mod into my modpack ?
Yes you can. Would appreciate mention of mod/author/link in modpacks description/credits.
Does this mod support servers ?
Yes it does. It has to be installed on both the server and the client.
