Crash Link

Crash Link V4.1.0-1.20.1 NeoForge update is ready.

This is mostly a polish/support update:

• Cleaned up the internal package namespace to net.setokaiba218.crashlink
• Kept the mod id as crashlink, so configs and normal usage should stay stable
• Added /crashlinkserver doctor
• The new Doctor command checks the server config folder, session tracker, logs folder, crash reports folder, support packet folder, latest log/crash report detection, and permission status
• Improved mclo.gs upload failure messages so failed uploads should give clearer reasons now

The Doctor command is useful for server owners/staff who want to quickly check whether Crash Link is set up properly.

This 1.20.1 Forge version is the first version getting this update set, and the plan is to port the same cleanup and improvements to the other supported Crash Link versions.
