Adds Crafting Tweaks support for a bunch of mods that are either closed source or unmaintained.

For Minecraft 1.9 and higher, additional mod support was moved back to the main mod.

This mod adds Crafting Tweaks support to a bunch of mods that are either closed-source, unmaintained or haven't gotten around to adding support on their side.
