What's new

Combat and Lootbox Updates

- Raid bosses now load correctly from the bundled boss JSON files at runtime, so newly added bosses appear without requiring manual config copying.
- The lootbox Special Cache now includes Artifacts and More Totems as ultra-rare rewards alongside the existing special-item pool.
- Craftics combat enchantment tooltips now show their effect descriptions for compat items and enchanted gear in inventory and battle views.

Raid Bosses

- Raid boss attacks telegraph again. They were firing with no warning tiles at all once you were a few biomes into the campaign, because the rule that exempts pool-drawn bosses from the late-game telegraph skip only recognised infinite mode's bosses and never raid ones. A raid boss draws from that same pool and often acts twice a turn, so it needed the exemption more than anything else in the game, not less
- Raid announcements are toasts now rather than chat lines. The hour warning, the window opening and the per-minute countdown were burying everything else you might want to read, and a raid you are waiting on is exactly the kind of thing a toast is for
- Warnings at thirty and ten minutes before a raid, not just the hour
- A big boss is now solid across its whole body. An elder guardian rendered three tiles wide but occupied one, so melee only landed if you clicked its exact centre tile, which meant melee weapons simply did not work against it

Lootboxes

- Punch a lootbox to read its odds, right click to open a confirm screen showing the price and your emerald balance, and right click holding a Key to skip straight past the confirm. The odds were previously a command you had to know about
- The kiosk hologram is two readable lines instead of three, and the dark grey is gone
- Weapon, armor, trim and enchantment pools are read from the game's registries rather than hand written lists, so anything a mod adds shows up on its own instead of only when someone typed its id in
- Netherite weapons are locked to the legendary tier and diamond to rare. Modded netherite gear was landing in the guaranteed common slot, because the old filter named vanilla netherite items one by one and modded tiers are different items entirely
- Every coral type appears in the weapon cache at uncommon
- The Material Crate is a real crate now: every wood, stone, crop and gem, ingots by tier, obsidian, and a legendary tier worth opening for. Quantities come as ranges with a floor of eight, so a material reward is worth carrying home
- Simply Swords relics are no longer handed out as weapons. They are progression items you carry to transform, not something to swing

Enchantments

- Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods, Knockback, Serrated and Sweeping Edge now work on every melee weapon. They were implemented inside the vanilla sword handler, so any modded weapon with its own ability silently lost all six. Knockback not firing was the visible symptom; Sharpness and Smite quietly doing nothing was the worse half
- Lootbox enchantment levels are clamped to what each enchantment actually supports, so you stop seeing things like Hilt V on a level one enchantment. Knockback is deliberately allowed past its vanilla cap, since Craftics scales it

Movement

- Blocks can be placed into water and lava to bridge across them
- Walking through lava burns you. Passing over it dealt no damage at all unless you stopped in it, which made it strictly better than going around
- The pathfinder will jump a lava channel rather than wading it, now that wading costs what it should
