1. Scope
This license covers original Craft Count material to the extent that
a_gamer_2020 holds the applicable rights. Third-party software, game assets,
names and trademarks retain their respective owners and licenses.
2. Gameplay and configuration
You may download and use official Craft Count builds for gameplay, including
use with Minecraft servers. You may change the mod's user-facing settings.
3. Videos and screenshots
You may create, publish and monetize videos, streams, reviews and screenshots
that show the mod. Do not imply that the author endorses your content.
4. Modpacks
You may include an unmodified official build in a Minecraft modpack. Preserve
this license and copyright notice, credit Craft Count and a_gamer_2020, and
link to the official project/download page. This permission covers distribution
as part of the modpack; it does not authorize a separate standalone reupload.
5. Other reuse and redistribution
Prior written permission from the rights holder is required to reuse Craft
Count code or assets in other projects, distribute modified builds or ports,
or reupload the mod as a standalone download. No permission for these uses is
granted by the gameplay, video or modpack permissions above. Contact
a_gamer_2020 through the official Craft Count project page for permission.
6. Existing rights and legal exceptions
This license applies to versions distributed with it. It does not revoke or
restrict permissions already granted for earlier copies under the MIT License
or another license, and does not override third-party licenses or uses allowed
by applicable law. It grants no ownership over Minecraft or other third-party
material, or exclusive rights to general crafting ideas or mechanics.
7. Warranty and responsibility
The mod is supplied as available, without promises of reliability, suitability
or continued support. To the extent applicable law permits, its rights holder
is not responsible for losses arising from its use.
