Mod patches for the Confluence modpack!

Confluence Patches is a lightweight fix mod for cross-mod issues in the Confluence pack. This build fixes Jaden’s Nether Expansion reading config values too early, patches Create to support custom bucket fluids and 8-fluid basin recipes, and adds missing furnace workstation tag support for Quark, BetterNether, and BetterEnd furnaces.
