Unbound Survival
Unbound Survival removes Minecraft’s hunger and water-breathing limits while preserving natural health regeneration.
This mod is designed for packs that want survival pressure to come from something other than food bars, drowning timers, or constant micromanagement. Hunger no longer controls your ability to heal, and underwater exploration is no longer limited by breath.
Features
- Removes hunger as a survival limitation
- Prevents starvation from affecting the player
- Allows natural health regeneration to continue
- Removes underwater breathing limits
- Keeps the player’s health regeneration feeling vanilla-friendly
- Lightweight and modpack-friendly
What this mod does
Players are no longer bound by hunger or drowning as core survival mechanics.
Health can still regenerate naturally, making the player feel alive and self-sustaining without relying on the vanilla hunger loop.
Good for modpacks
This mod is especially useful for expert packs, adventure packs, ocean-based packs, sky-based packs, RPG packs, or any pack that replaces vanilla survival with custom mechanics.
Notes
This mod does not remove damage, health, combat, or natural regeneration.
It only removes the need to manage hunger and water breathing as limiting survival systems.
