The Chest Builder will no longer sync any data.  This should be a further network improvement over the last iteration where we only didn't sync items.

Hopefully this mod will not be necessary soon, as I have rewritten CompactStorage and PR'd that rewrite back to the main codebase as V4.0.
In anticipation, this mod will not run when a CompactStorage version >= 4.0 is present.
