Compact Ores

1.18 update
Unless there are any significant issues with this version, it's probably going to be the only 1.18 version

Here's the changes from 3.1.0:
- Updated to Minecraft 1.18.2
- Added new copper + deepslate ores to the default config - Removed gilded blackstone from the default config since it's not really an ore - The previously default world generator has been removed
- The previously experimental world generator is now the default. This means retrogen is also enabled by default now
- Replaced the very hacky server data injection ATs + code with a simple, probably safer mixin
- Added a new and improved texture generator, which is also the default now
- Imporved performance of world gen debugging at the expense of ghost blocks happening sometimes

A note on Ore Excavation Integration:
Although there is currently no working 1.18.2 version of Ore Excavation, I have left the integration code enabled since I expect it to work if/when Ore Excavation updates to 1.18.2.
If it turns out it doesn't work but breaks things instead, it should be possible to disable the integration by deleting doublenegation/mods/compactores/compat/OreExcavationIntegration.class.
