Initial 1.16 update.
This is an alpha version. Use at your own risk.
Servers currently load datapacks twice on startup.
The config system has changed since 1.15 and will change again soon-ish.
Other changes:
- There are no more Tile Entities. This means no more lag spikes with many compact ores.
- Every type of ore is a completely separate block again (like in 1.14)
- Ore Excavation Integration is not included since Ore Excavation has not been updated yet.
