First beta release for 1.16. Changes from 3.0.2:
- Updated to Minecraft 1.16.5
- Fixed compact ores dropping XP when mined with an incorrect tool
- Fixed tools not taking damage when breaking compact ores (also fixes compatibility issues with other mods)
- Fixed animated textures not working
