Commands locking utilities

This mod will let you lock commands generally or in a specific dimension.
Description
This mod can be useful in order to deny use of unwanted commands or, for example, to make players unable to set home into the vault dimension from the modpack Vault Hunters
This mod is fully server side. Can be installed only on server.
Features:
- Can lock commands to a specific dimension to the file nodimcommands.txt as in the example
minecraft:the_nether, say
the_vault:vault, msg
- Ability to lock commands generally (in any dimension) from the file nocommands.txt as in the example:
say
msg
- The mod will check if the dimension name wrote in the file is the start of the dimension name that the player is actually in, for example this mean that in the vault hunter's modpack, you can just write the_vault:vault and it will work for each player specific vault (the_vault:vaultxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
- Same applies to commands so you can add multiple parameters to your config files and they will lock in game.
No need to ask for using this in your modpack.
