Built-in delay protection prevents false double-counts

Every hit is evaluated based on timing, distance, and accuracy.

Hit Ratings
PERFECT / SMASH / HEADSHOT – high-skill hits
GOOD – solid timing
BAD / HORRID – weak or poorly timed hits
