PingPlus+

A mod that lets you open a radial wheel to ping locations or items for chosen teammates

📍✨ Pingplus | Ping Your Team. No Server Mod Needed.

Tired of screaming "HE'S OVER THERE" while your teammates look in every direction EXCEPT the right one?

You're getting jumped.

Your teammate is looting a chest.

Someone is behind you.

You try explaining where the enemy is.

And somehow your entire team has the geographical awareness of a baked potato.

BRO JUST LOOK WHERE I'M PINGING.

Pingplus is a client-side Minecraft ping system that lets you mark locations, enemies, blocks, and items using a customizable radial wheel.

Whether you're a sweaty PvPer trying to coordinate your team or someone who just wants to tell their friend where they dropped their diamond sword, we've got you covered.

And the best part?

NO SERVER MOD. NO PLUGIN. NO BEGGING SERVER OWNERS TO INSTALL SOMETHING.

Just you, your teammates, and a ping wheel.

🎯 The "BRO LOOK OVER THERE" Ping Wheel

Why waste five seconds typing coordinates when you can literally point at something?

Pingplus introduces a radial ping wheel that lets you communicate with your team without typing a single word.

  • Quick Ping: Tap your ping key to instantly mark whatever you're looking at.

  • Radial Wheel: Hold your ping key to open a circular selection menu.

  • Easy Selection: Move toward the ping type you want and release to send it.

  • Cancel Pings: Press ESC to close the wheel without sending anything.

  • Block & Entity Detection: Pings automatically target the block or entity you're aiming at.

  • Item Detection: Ping dropped items to display their icon, name, and stack count.

See an enemy?

Ping them.

Find some diamonds?

Ping them.

See your teammate walking directly into lava?

PING IT AND LET NATURAL SELECTION DO ITS THING.

⚔️ Six Ping Types | Say Something Without Speaking

Not every ping means the same thing.

Sometimes you want your team to attack.

Sometimes you need help.

Sometimes you just want everyone to look at the idiot standing on a mountain.

Pingplus includes six different ping types.

  • 📍 Ping: Your standard marker for locations and objects.

  • ⚠️ Danger: Warn your teammates about incoming threats.

  • ⚔️ Attack: Mark enemies or targets your team should focus on.

  • 🛡️ Defend: Tell your team where to hold their position.

  • 👀 Look: Draw attention to something important.

  • 🆘 Help: Let your teammates know you need assistance.

Every ping type has its own colour and sound, making it easy to recognize what's happening without constantly checking chat.

Your teammate sends a Danger ping.

You look over.

There's a full-netherite player running directly toward you.

THANK YOU FOR THE WARNING. WOULD'VE BEEN NICE FIVE SECONDS AGO.

👥 The "ONLY MY IDIOTS CAN SEE THIS" Team System

Not everybody needs to know what your team is doing.

Especially the people you're trying to kill.

Pingplus allows you to choose exactly which players receive your pings.

  • Up To 10 Players: Add up to ten teammates using their Minecraft usernames.

  • Recipient Manager: Add and remove players through a simple in-game menu.

  • Saved Teammates: Your recipient list stays saved between sessions.

  • Private Pings: Only your selected recipients receive your shared pings.

  • Local Mode: If no recipients are added, your pings remain visible only to you.

  • Client-Side Requirement: Your teammates must also have Pingplus installed to receive pings.

Want to coordinate a PvP fight with your friends?

Add them.

Want to ping something only you can see?

Leave your list empty.

Want your teammates to actually listen to your callouts?

SORRY. WE CAN'T FIX THEIR BRAINS.

🔒 Private Transport | No Server Mod? Seriously?

Yes.

NO SERVER MOD.

NO PLUGIN.

NO CONVINCING AN ADMIN WHO HASN'T UPDATED THE SERVER SINCE 2021.

Pingplus sends its ping information through Minecraft's private messaging system.

  • Private Message Transport: Ping data is sent directly to your selected teammates through private messages.

  • Hidden Ping Data: Receiving clients filter recognized ping messages so they don't clutter your chat.

  • Duplicate Protection: Repeated ping data is ignored.

  • Spam Protection: Helps prevent excessive duplicate ping processing.

  • Message Size Protection: Pings that exceed the chat limit stay local, and you'll be notified.

  • Client-Side Communication: No dedicated Pingplus server installation is required.

This means Pingplus can work on ordinary Minecraft servers that allow the required private messaging.

Imagine asking a server owner to install a ping plugin.

They say no.

You ask again.

They ignore you.

You ask a third time.

They ban you.

BRO JUST INSTALL PINGPLUS AND LEAVE THE ADMIN ALONE.

🔰 The "OPEN YOUR EYES" Ping HUD

What's the point of pinging something if nobody can actually find it?

Pingplus includes a visual HUD system designed to make your pings easy to follow.

  • World Markers: Pings appear directly at their marked location.

  • Off-Screen Indicators: Arrows along the edge of your screen point toward pings outside your view.

  • Item Icons: Dropped-item pings display the item's actual icon.

  • Item Information: See the item's name and stack count.

  • Distance Display: Optionally show how far away a ping is.

  • Player Names: Display which teammate sent each ping.

  • Automatic Fading: Markers disappear once their configured duration expires.

Your teammate pings an enemy.

An indicator appears.

You turn around.

You see the enemy.

You immediately get critted out.

CONGRATULATIONS. THE PING WORKED PERFECTLY. YOUR PVP SKILLS DID NOT.

⚙️ Customize Your Pings | Your Screen. Your Rules.

Not everybody wants giant markers taking up half their screen.

And not everybody wants tiny markers they need a microscope to see.

Pingplus includes an in-game settings menu to customize your experience.

  • Distance Toggle: Show or hide how far away pings are.

  • Username Toggle: Show or hide the sender's Minecraft username.

  • Marker Size: Adjust how large ping markers appear.

  • Text Size: Customize ping label sizes.

  • Sound Toggle: Enable or mute ping sounds.

  • Wheel Hold Time: Adjust how long you need to hold the ping key before the radial wheel opens.

  • Ping Duration: Control how long markers remain visible.

Make your pings massive.

Make them tiny.

Make them completely silent.

JUST DON'T COMPLAIN WHEN YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT YOUR TEAMMATE PINGED.

🤝 The Two Fools Responsible

criticalvii and monobao.

"Why did we make this mod when there are already billions of ping mods?"

Good question.

BECAUSE HALF OF THEM WANT YOU TO INSTALL SOMETHING ON THE SERVER.

And unfortunately, not every server owner is interested in installing random mods just because two idiots want to point at blocks.

Some servers don't support them.

Some servers refuse to add them.

And some server owners act like installing a plugin is going to cause the entire server to explode.

So we made our own client-side alternative.

PROBLEM SOLVED. KIND OF.

🎯 Inspiration

Pingplus was inspired by Ping Wheel.

THEIR MOD IS SO TUFF YO.

📍✨ Pingplus | Communication Has Never Been This Easy.

Normal Minecraft players communicate.

They type coordinates.

They explain directions.

They tell their teammates where to go.

You?

You press one button.

A marker appears.

Your entire team sees it.

Everyone knows exactly where to go.

Nobody needs to type anything.

Your teammates finally have clear directions.

And somehow...

THEY STILL MANAGE TO GET LOST.

BRO I LITERALLY PINGED IT.

IT'S RIGHT THERE.

HOW ARE YOU STILL GOING THE WRONG WAY?

At least now you know the problem isn't communication.

IT'S YOUR TEAMMATES.
