Feature update for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1.

### New Features

- Added matching colored gunpowder drops from defeated dyed creepers.
- Dyed creepers now drop at least one colored gunpowder when mob loot is enabled.
- Added 16 craftable colored TNT variants.
- Colored TNT inherits the explosion ability of its color family.
- Added English and Japanese names and ability tooltips for all colored gunpowder and TNT variants.

### Colored TNT Abilities

- Red, Pink, and Magenta TNT creates fire when it explodes.
- Blue, Light Blue, Cyan, and Purple TNT has triple explosion power.
- Green and Lime TNT poisons affected living entities for 10 seconds.
- Yellow and Orange TNT summons lightning when it explodes.
- White, Light Gray, Gray, Black, and Brown TNT uses a normal TNT explosion.

### Compatibility

- Colored TNT can be ignited with flint and steel, fire charges, redstone, burning projectiles, and chain explosions.
- No additional library mods are required.
- Requires Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.x, and Java 17.
