What's new

ColonyLink 1.7.0

CREATE: AERONAUTICS / SABLE SHIP COMPATIBILITY

Build your AE2 network on a ship. The Redirector, Warehouse Link Terminal, and Clipboard all work aboard, windows stay open in flight, and everything reconnects automatically after a ship rebuild. No new dependency, works with or without Create and Sable installed.

WAREHOUSE LINK CARD REWORK

The card now knows which colony and Warehouse it belongs to. Insert a blank card and it links itself, or right-click any Warehouse hut to choose exactly where it points. The tooltip tells you everything at a glance. Craft a linked card alone to start fresh.

Every action in the mod reads from the card. Players with multiple Warehouses get consistent behavior everywhere.

CITIZENS TAB OVERHAUL

The Citizens tab now shows what MineColonies is actually doing with each request. You can see at a glance if a courier is delivering, if the Warehouse has it covered, or if a colony crafter is working on it. AE2 craft progress is tracked too. Hover any row for the full picture: who sent it, Warehouse stock, request status.

Sent marks are reliable now. They stay until the request is done, they're shared across the colony, and new requests never inherit old ones.

BETTER SECURITY

All Warehouse actions go through proper permission checks. Pairing a Redirector requires colony access. The Terminal validates its card on every operation. Nothing sensitive happens without the server confirming you have the rights.

DOMUM YIELDS

Block counts per craft are read from the Architect's Cutter recipes instead of a hardcoded table. Shingle slab (4), dynamic timber frame (2), and Domum slabs (2) now use correct counts. Re-encode patterns for these three blocks.

TERMINAL TRANSFERS

Partial transfers are handled properly in every direction. If the destination is full, your items come back to you instead of disappearing. If your inventory is full too, they drop at your feet. Nothing gets lost or counted twice.

POLISH

The Clipboard behaves correctly when switching between screens. The active craft indicator on the Redirector only lights up the saw deck, not the outer frame. Breaking a Redirector mid-craft returns all materials.

UPGRADING

Existing cards migrate automatically in most cases. Cards in a Terminal inside claimed chunks link when you open it. Cards in a Redirector link the first time someone with access opens it. Client and server must both be on 1.7.0. All beta saves are compatible.
