ADDED

Added NeoForge 1.21.11 support.
Added Fabric 1.21.11 support.

CHANGED

Forge and NeoForge no longer store collision data in saved entities.
Jar names now follow collisiondamage-<loader>-<version>-<mc>.jar.
The code has been improved:
 The collision math now lives in common code.
 Each loader's handler and packet files are merged into its main class.
 The files are 32% smaller.
 Unused properties and helpers are removed.
 The build now uses Gradle 9.4 and Architectury Loom 1.17.
