Whistle Fixes!!!

  • Fixed the "Double Cooldown" issue with the Whistle.
  • Added Configuration Option to set the Cooldown to whatever you want (In Seconds).  Default: 300 seconds.
  • Changed tooltip to correctly portray the Cooldown as well.

 

The Whistle WILL NOT have a Cooldown in Creative Mode!
