Fix for Custom Cobbleworks mod loading order issue (hopefully final fix).
Changed behavior for improperly registered items to as follows:
Block will now still register as a block and item, however, if it does not properly register all 9 items, the block will not run its ITickable#update function, and will not let you open its GUI.
