Minor update Cobble PC Sort 0.5.0 — Cross-box compaction

Main change

Sort all now compacts matching destination boxes from the lowest box number upward.

If Water box 5 has free slots and Water box 6 contains eligible Pokemon, the next full-PC sort moves those Pokemon into box 5. This also works for High IV, rarity, fallback, and strict dual-type destinations while preserving the existing priority rules.

Interface polish

• Centered the PC toolbar for a cleaner layout.
• The Tags button now shows how many tags are assigned to the open box.
• Added concise hover tooltips for Tags, Sort, and Sort all.
• Sorting results are localized for English and Russian clients.

Unchanged behavior

• Sort still processes only boxes tagged SOURCE.
• A box tagged SOURCE is never used as a destination.
• Strict dual-type boxes still require both configured types.
• Every occupied box is compacted and name-sorted after Sort all.
