Coasters: Immersion 0.2.2
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Coasters: Immersion 0.2.2 — Beta
Audio Immersion
-
Fixed continuous wind and rail sounds during the ride.
-
Wind now scales smoothly with speed and respects the configured volume.
-
Rail sounds can now be heard at any movement speed; their volume increases with speed without changing pitch.
-
Music volume now updates in real time without restarting playback.
Sense of Speed & Camera
-
Improved the speed curve for FOV, blur, air streaks, and camera shake.
-
Added a controlled, progressive increase in shake at extreme speeds.
-
Fixed a timing calculation that could cause micro-stutters in the camera and vehicle.
Passenger & First Person
-
Added custom first-person arms while riding.
-
Arms now raise with smooth transitions, respond to airtime, and move naturally based on ride telemetry.
-
Added moderate body sway based on speed, turns, acceleration, and G-forces.
-
Emotes remain visible in first person and last for five seconds.
-
Emotes and raised arms are mutually exclusive to prevent animation deformation.
-
The
defaultoption in the selector now acts as an emote cancel option and no longer locks the arms in the raised position.
Interface & Settings
-
The vanilla HUD remains stable during the ride; only the crosshair can be hidden.
-
Removed the reduced interface option, as its results were not reliable.
-
Updated the Recommended preset with the reference values configured for this version.
