Description
There are some pretty cool features of this mod, especially in conjunction with my other mod Battle-Text. This mod was created specifically for the hearing impaired who have a rather hard time playing a video that doesn't already have closed caption support. I hope this mods helps you. And it's even great for the non hearing impaired!
