0.8.3 BoP Compatibility fixes:

Cleaned up internal BoP biome list to match current BoP biomes

Added BoP Glacier as a sub-biome to Ice Plains

Added Oasis as a sub-biome to Desert

Adjusted the frequency of Coral Reefs and Kelp Forests

Changed the default for "NoBoPSubBiomes" to false and changed function to block BoP biomes from being added to vanilla biomes

Added incidence settings for Brushland and Quagmire.

Added incidence settings for Glacier. This for creating full-biome versions, not changing the frequency of the sub-biome.

IMPORTANT: BoP users with GC already installed who want the sub-biomes should either delete their configs and regenerate or alter "NoBoPSubBiomes" to false. For existing worlds, you need to change the config in the worldspecificconfig folder, not the one in the general config folder.
