Updated Ice and Fire integration to use the new Ice and Fire events.
Dynmap now says "Clan Members" instead of "Team Members"
Changed the default clan prefix and updated the description to make it clearer how to use that option.
Fixes/Internal Changes:
Moved the glowstone from /clan seechunk down a block to prevent triggering anticheat plugins when walking on them.
Fixed TNT that was primed before rollback not getting removed on rollback
