# Cheese
**Pose yourself in Minecraft.**
Cheese is a client-side Fabric mod for **Minecraft 26.2**. Pick a bone, drag a
Blender-style gizmo, save the pose, and assign it to yourself or other players on your
client.

## Features
- Smooth 12-slice arms and legs; hips, elbows and knees bend along a curved centreline.
- Clickable mannequin, Bones/Poses tabs, rotate rings and move axes.
- **Multi-target loading** — `+` on a pose, then tick yourself and any online player.
Changes apply immediately; `Select all` / `Deselect all`.
- One pose per player: checking a new pose replaces the old one.
- Pose rows tint by the share of online players using them.
- **Unload all**, New/Rename dialogs, and a clean Poses start screen.
- Opens only while standing still and upright.
- Compatibility warnings for EMF, animation mods, 3D Skin Layers, Sodium and armor.
## Requirements
- Minecraft **26.2**
- Fabric Loader **0.19.3+**
- Fabric API
- Java **25**
## Install
1. Install Fabric Loader for 26.2 and Fabric API.
2. Put `cheese-2.0.0.jar` in `mods/`.
3. Launch the game.
## Usage
1. Stand still and upright, press **Backspace**.
2. Press **New** and name the pose, or click a saved pose.
3. Select a bone and drag a ring (or switch to Move and drag an axis).
4. Press **Save**.
5. Press **`+`** on the pose and tick your targets.
6. Press **Done** or `ESC`.
## Notes
- Client-side only: poses are never sent to the server and do not move hitboxes.
- **Sodium 0.9+** hides forearm/shin bends until you set
`mixin.features.render.entity=false` in `config/sodium-mixins.properties`.
The editor shows a warning when this is not set.
- Armor and elytra use separate models and do not follow bent limbs.
