Added:

• Discord Integration – added new commands for configuring poll sending to Discord via webhook:
  1. /vote discord webhook <url> – connects poll sending to Discord using the specified webhook.
  2. /vote discord bar – configures the display of the progress bar in the poll.
  3. /vote discord color – sets the color for active and completed voting.
  4. /vote discord compact – toggles compact display mode on/off.
  5. /vote discord emoji – configures emojis for answer options.
  6. /vote discord language – selects the interface language (default en_us).
  7. /vote discord title – configures the prefix (title) in the poll message.
  8. /vote discord updateinterval – the update interval for poll data in Discord (default 60 seconds).

Fixed:

• When creating a poll for player selection, a placeholder was previously shown in chat; now a link to the poll is displayed instead.
• Fixed numerous bugs related to the Discord integration setup (details omitted).
• Line wrapping in the Readme menu.
• Line wrapping in tables within the Readme menu.
• Highlighting of Modrinth and CurseForge links in the Readme menu.
• Updated the Readme to version 1.7.
