Commands

• /msg and variants can now use /gag both <gag_name> to gag both the person you message and yourself
• /msg and variants can now use /gag get to get a list of all gag names that the other person can be gagged with

• There is a new setting in Mod Menu to block other people using /msg and variants to gag you

• Added a new built-in gag called random that makes every message you send use a random gag, including custom gags
• Added a new built-in gag called squeak
