Isolated Console
Isolated Console opens a separate desktop window for running commands, reading logs, and checking the status of your local Minecraft server.
Features
- Run commands in Server Console mode or through a selected online player in Player Context mode.
- Read live console output with filters, search, pause, resume and copy controls.
- Browse latest.log, debug.log, older logs, and crash reports.
- Check TPS, MSPT, player count, memory usage, server queue latency and thread activity.
- Show or hide the console with F10. Closing the window hides it while Minecraft continues running.
How To Use?
The console opens automatically when a graphical desktop is available. Open your world and enter commands in the console input. A leading slash is optional.
Available diagnostic commands:
- :status — display server statistics.
- :threads — display a thread snapshot.
- :lag — sample CPU and thread activity.
- :clear — clear the console view.
- :help — display help.
Server Console mode executes commands with permission level 4 on the local server. Player Context mode uses the selected player's permissions, position, rotation and dimension.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47.x
- Java 17
- No additional mods are required.
Installation
- For singleplayer or LAN hosting, place the JAR in the hosting client's mods folder.
- For a dedicated server, install it in the server's mods folder. The external window opens on the server computer and requires a graphical desktop. Headless servers continue running without opening the window.
Disclaimer
- This mod was developed by YukiMB.
- Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
- Installing the mod only on your client does NOT provide console access to a remote server. Commands still require Minecraft's server thread to be responsive.
