* Updated to Minecraft 1.14 Snapshots with the power of the Fabric framework! Built and tested with 18w50a.
* Removed requirement for CompatLib.
* Chat Bomb now explodes through the traditional TNT means (Redstone, Flint and Steel, Fire Charge, flaming arrows, destruction by explosions), in addition to trigger words.
* Achievements replaced with advancements.
* Advancements added for crafting and triggering, available in a new advancements tab.
* Crafting recipe (and advancement tab) unlocks in recipe book when Gunpowder is obtained.
* Removed configuration options, will be readded in a future fix.
