The Energy Pad charges the chargeable items in your inventory. It supports RF, Tesla and Forge Energy.
Items in inventories (chests, etc) can be charged too.
The Health Pad heals players, animals and monsters (See config).
Both of them are available in 3 tiers.
Pads can be disabled with a redstone signal.
You must stand on or next to the block (depends on rotation) to be affected.
