What's new

- New config screen using Cloth Config API (optional)

- Structures can now be disabled via a blacklist

- Changed some default configs (16 blocks in 4 height layers was pretty much unbeatable)

- Removed itemblacklist (WIP)

- If minHeight is greater than maxHeight, both values were set to their default value. Now only one height layer, that is equal to minHeight, is generated.
