Celestial Showers 0.7.4 Beta

First release!!!

Welcome to the first public beta of Celestial Showers! Watch shooting stars, make a wish, follow falling meteorites, and bring a little starlight home with Stardust, Star Lanterns, and glowing Stardust Blocks. Explore mountaintop Stargazer camps and ruins, and start your skywatch journal with a reusable Star Chart.

This beta also includes a few ways to make skywatching more comfortable:

• Reduced Flashes: Added an optional setting for softer bright effects and gentler meteor impact particles.
• Quieter nights: Added Sky Events: Rare for fewer shooting stars, comets, and visual meteor showers. Meteorite landings keep their separate frequency setting.
