CaveStart 1.0.4

This update rebuilds CaveStart to fix the broken first-spawn behavior from earlier uploads.

Changes:
- Rebuilt and verified Forge 1.19.2 support.
- Rebuilt and verified Forge 1.20.1 support.
- Fixed first-join cave spawning so new players are moved to a safe underground cave near world spawn.
- Added gradual cave searching to avoid freezing or lagging the server.
- Improved cave safety checks:
  - must be underground
  - must not be open to the sky
  - must have a solid floor
  - avoids liquids and nearby lava
  - prefers real cave spaces instead of tiny air pockets
- Gives the starter kit once:
  - Stone Pickaxe
  - Torches
  - Bread
- Sets the cave as the player's respawn point.
- Respects normal Minecraft spawn behavior after the player uses a bed or changes spawn.
- Does not place blocks, break blocks, dig tunnels, or modify terrain.

This version should replace the older broken upload.
