Caves and Cliffs Mod, 1.17 backport

   Additions:

•  - Amethyst Geodes can now be optionally generated using the new GenerateGeodes gamerule.
•  - Axolotls can now be optionally spawned using the new SpawnAxolotls gamerule
•  - Copper Ore can now be optionally generated using the new GenerateCopper gamerule
•  - Copper aging can now be enabled/disabled using a new gamerule
•  - Grass can now be placed on Moss Blocks

   Changes:

•  - Copper will now spawn more frequently
• - Amethyst Geodes will now spawn more frequently

   Bug Fixes:

•  - Amethyst Geodes generation was bugged and is now fixed
•  - Made axolotls be able to get in buckets once more
•  - Fixed a bug that prevented cauldrons from working
