scarpet changes: - fixes errors when trying to use scarpet shapes from a dedicated server. 1.4.96 provides also 1.19.3 version to fix this specific issue. This is the "only" added change to 1.19.3:1.4.96 release. Thanks @vlad2305m - added back sample_noise() with new capabilities to sample any density functions defined in datapacks besides functions used in world generation. Blame @Crec0
