Car Pets

-removed some garbage that was making all the car "top speeds" the same.
-changed driving physics to be approximated at lower speeds for less drifting.
-fixed the pack.mcmeta to match 1.17.1. Not sure if this was a problem but I did it anyway since I noticed it.
-fixed passenger rotations not rotating the player when the car turns. Now you face forward when the car turns like a boat!
-added car types: Mazda RX6 FD.
-added name easter egg for Mazda RX6 FD
-fixed client vs server issues that were crashing the game when installed on a server. Ooooopss!!
-fixed turning of wheels not going across server client boundary, causing the new feature not to appear.
