- added compatibility with netherlicious:
  - soul campfires can be crafted with its soul soil
  - soul campfires drop its soul soil when broken without silk touch

- added config option: "Soul Soil Only (Netherlicious)". when true, soul campfires can't be crafted with regular soul sand. only works if netherlicious is installed.

- custom recipes can now have multiple inputs

- custom recipe inputs can be ore dictionary entries

- custom recipes are sorted so "Auto Recipe Discovery" entries are last, then ore dictionary entries, then entries that don't specify a metadata, then entries that do, then multi-input entries. this way you can have, for example, a ore dictionary recipe that works for all logWood, but add a specific entry for a specific block that's a logWood, and the latter will take priority over the ore dictionary entry.

- added config option: "Signal Fire Blocks". these are the blocks that work like hay bales when placed below the campfire

- added config option: "Suppress Input Error Warnings". when true, errors from parsing custom recipes, etc won't be printed to console

- config option "Auto Recipe Discovery Blacklist" can now take ore dictionary entries

- misc bugfixes, etc.
