Cammie's Combat Tweaks

- Fixed funni shield bug that let you get 1-shot
- Fixed funni shield bug that capped the arc to 180 degrees
- Can now place blocks on Beacons again
- Unbreakable tool sound no longer players unless Mending is on the item
- Added pling on successful parries
- Successful parries now deal twice the damage a mob does back to it
