Burning Torches

OH BOY! BIG UPDATE!

Modified basic classes to be easier extendable for more types of burning blocks.
Rewrote config to fix multiple problems, typos and entirely unused options.
Fixed bug with pumpkins not working at all.
Moved more things to tags.
Added a new soot block that is spawned when objects burn up after they expire. (Configurable)
Pumpkins will no longer be destroyed and a new torch can be stuffed in. (Configurable)
Fixed issues with some out of bounds checks not respecting the new world sizes.
Fixed a rare chance for non-flammable blocks being replaced with fire by mistake.
Added llama AI that can spit out blocks, fire and do some fun stuff with block breaking.
Replace english lang file with new format.
New textures for torches.
Updated pumpkin recipe to use carved pumpkins as it should.
Moved torch tags to forge space.
Fixed torch recipe being old.

Added tons of configs to go with new features!
