Added new recipes for Lever, Dispenser, Dropper, Piston and Observer blocks. Now you can use deepslate and blackstone to craft these blocks.

Metal buttons now can be crafted using all types of processed stone buttons.

Bug fixes:

 - Intersection doesn't receive a signal from the blocks on the face side in FORWARD mode;

 - No sound was played after using Sponge on Rain Detector.

 - Reductor can't transfer signal from another Reductor.

 - Rain Detector still works when is the block above it.
