Bunch Of Redstone

This mod adds new redstone components made in vanilla style.

This mod adds new redstone components that can make the construction of existing mechanisms more compact and opens up the possibility of inventing new ones.

New variants of buttons and pressure plates

You can now use different types of stone to craft buttons and pressure plates. The polished variants of these blocks work exactly the same as the stone version, but the unprocessed stone variations work like their wooden versions, except they cannot be activated with arrows.

Metal buttons with different functions

Use a stone button and a metal ingot to craft a matching metal button:

  • Copper buttons send out a short redstone pulse, but their recharge time increases with each oxidation level.
  • Golden buttons can be held down for as long as you like. The longer you hold the button down, the stronger the redstone signal that comes out. Can be activated with arrows.
  • Iron buttons are very tight and after being pressed they instantly return to their original position, sending a very short redstone pulse.

Redstone lantern - a good alternative to redstone torch

Redstone lantern produces a full-strength redstone signal on all sides adjacent to it, except for the block above it, and can power the block directly under it. Redstone lantern can be deactivated if it's attached to the block above it and that block is powered.

Need a one-way signal source? Use redstone rod

Fill an end rod with redstone dust and reinforce the base with a golden ingot to make a redstone rod. It produces a full-strength redstone signal only from it's tip. No more worrying about accidental activations or jammed pistons.

Sometimes you need to reduce the signal. Reductor

Reductor allows you to regulate the signal strength in your circuit, reducing it by 1, 2, 3 or 4 depending on the selected delay. Yes, it has the same delay system as repeater. You can craft a reductor using deepslate, redstone torches, redstone dust and brick.

Forget about bridges. Use intersections instead

Intersection allows you to adjust the direction of signals on two different circuits. You can control the direction of the signal using the resin handle on top. Keep in mind that this block does not save or increase the strength of incoming signals. You can craft an intersection using deepslate, redstone torch, redstone dust and resin clump.

Extend your lightning rods with some copper rods

Copper rods can be used for decoration, but their main use is as an addition to lightning rods. If lightning strikes a lightning rod, the rods can carry electricity from the captured lightning up to 100 blocks away from the lightning rod.

Rain detector. Let your contraptions know about bad weather

Rain detector emits a redstone signal during precipitation. l  The signal strength depends on the type of weather, biome downpour and themoister of rain detector. To increase block's moister you can use water bottles or splash water bottles on it. Each used bottle increases the block's moister level by 1 for 10 seconds. You can also waterlog this block to increase its moisture level to max. You can craft a rain detector using cobbled deepslate slabs, moss blocks and iron bars.
