- Reworked the early bag stack-size bootstrap so it reads only BountyBags' own config file.
- Preserved the configured bag stack size when bounty bag items are registered.
- Added safe handling for missing, invalid, and out-of-range bag stack-size values.
- Clarified that bag stack-size changes require a game restart to apply consistently.
