1. DEFINITIONS
"Bloom API" refers to the official Bloom API software project published by
Bloomstone Studio, including its compiled binaries and source code.

"Extensions" refers to independent third-party mods, add-ons or other software
that use Bloom API without embedding or redistributing Bloom API code.

2. PERMITTED USE AND MODIFICATION
You may view, download and modify the source code for personal use, education,
private debugging and use as a development dependency in a local development
environment.

3. EXTENSION PERMISSION
You may create, distribute and monetize independent Extensions. Extensions must
be distributed as standalone compiled binaries containing their own code and
must require the official, unmodified Bloom API as a dependency.

4. REDISTRIBUTION AND REBRANDING
You may not redistribute, mirror, republish, repackage or rebrand Bloom API
source code or binaries, whether modified or unmodified, as a standalone
download, inside another mod or as part of another framework.

5. SOURCE OF TRUTH
Bloom API may be distributed only through locations authorized by Bloomstone
Studio. Third-party developers must direct users to those authorized locations.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR
ITS USE.
