+ added additional tooltop for vertical slabs indicating how to place them in order to be vertical

* lots of internal changes to make BlockCarpentry blocks behave as vanilla-like as possible

* fixed interaction and sounds for blocks that did not have sounds before (e. g. door, trapdoor)

* fixed door and trapdoor models and overlays

* fixed missing tag in carpet recipe, can now be crafted using a frame block and 8 vanilla carpets

* fixed pressure plate being powered by default

* fixed stacking mechanism for layered blocks

- removed door knob and trapdoor handle as they are ugly and antiquated
